WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A DISCOUNT?
We offer deals on any amount of discount boilies from 5kg and above.
DO YOU SELL FREEZER BAITS?
Yes we also offer freezer baits as part of our bulk bait deals and these are fantastic for storing or for when you are planning for a big carp fishing trip to France and Europe. We aim to ship these next day so they arrive in great condition.
HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?
All orders over £20 are sent out FREE of charge. Orders below this amount will cost £3.50.We offer cheap rates to Europe & the rest of the World. See THIS PAGE for Europe and Worldwide delivery costs
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
You will receive a confirmation email detailing your order. Standard delivery is 5 to 7 days.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK?
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. We will make a note on the order if an item is to follow. As soon as the item is back in stock, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER DOESN’T ARRIVE?
We use Parcelforce to send out order orders. You will be provided with a tracking number when we email you your delivery notification which will allow you to see the status of your order using the Parcelforce website. Please contact us if your item does not arrive or you have any issues with your bulk bait.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY BULK BAIT?
Yes. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then please inform us via telephone 01159 813834 within 7 days and we will exchange them or refund your payment when the goods are received back by us. Please also ensure you obtain a certificate of posting available free from the post office or send to us by recorded delivery so you have evidence they were posted. Goods will be exchanged only if they have not been worn, used or otherwise soiled and are in original, undamaged packaging.
If goods have been damaged then please inform us as soon as possible, before returning the goods to us and we will exchange or offer a full refund. We reserve the right to return the goods to the manufacturer for inspection before issuing a refund. If the manufacturer deems the fault not to be of the product Matchman Supplies Ltd reserve the right not to issue a refund.
